From soldier to general

Walk the path from the private to the general. Hire soldiers and officers. Get new titles. Think twice before agreeing to go to a war zone or special operation.

For green stars you can replenish the staff. Take the soldiers and officers in the menu on the left. The higher your rank, the higher the rank of your employees.
You will receive a new heading as soon as you accumulate the required number of gold stars. Golden stars you get every game month (strip in the center), as well as from the staff. The higher the rank of your subordinate, the more gold stars he brings to you.
On the right is the message menu. The higher your position, the higher the position that you have in the submission, and the more green stars you get per click. To get a new post, you need to collect the required number of green stars and click "Get new message for" above the name of your current message.
Further in the right menu you can get a position for your staff. Each position will bring you green stars if it is occupied by a soldier of the corresponding rank.
Important! If you do not have enough soldiers or officers who are in position (the sergeant cannot hold a battalion position), then there are more positions than personnel capable of holding them. The arrival of green stars is diminishing. It also reduces the level of staffing in your unit, which also affects gold stars and random event performance.
